Return Policy
All of our products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased, return it within 7 days, unused in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Please call 1.800.870.3105 for a return authorization number and include a copy of the invoice with your return. We will not accept the merchandise without a pre-approved return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable and consumer pays for return shipments. All returns are subject to a 5% Re-stocking fee on vacuums
Shipping Policy
Orders Over $100 Shipped Free Do not accept your shipment if your package shows signs of damage as we are not responsible for items damaged during shipments. Most orders ship UPS, however we reserve the right to use any carrier which we feel will get your shipment to you sooner. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so you must enter a physical address or shipment will be delayed. We do not ship outside of the Continental United States.(This means we will not ship to Alaska and Hawaii) We DO ship to Canada. Canadian consumers,because our shipping system does not work with Canadian dollars, Shipping charges will apply and will be charged to your credit card. For Canadian shoppers, we recommend that you make your purchase through our Toll Free Customer Service number. 1-800-870-3105. Duty and tax will apply on your end. Tax will not be charged from our online store.
Product Warranties All vacuums come with a manufacturers warranty. No other warranty within this sites is expressed or implied. For warranty service on your vacuum, we recommend that you fill out any warranty paperwork that is included with your owners manual and send it into the manufacturer as specified. For Warranty Service you must contact a manufacturers authorized warranty service center closest to you. If you chose to send your product back to us for warranty service, we will be happy to service it for you. All shipping charges are the responsiblity of the consumer.Warranties will be honored only in the event that the consumer filled out the warranty card and sent it into the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for registration of online purchases. A purchase receipt or other proof of the date of original consumer purchase also will be required before warranty service is rendered.Manufacturers warranties covers normal household and commercial use and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failure resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. Warranties are not transferable. Shipping will be covered at the consumers expense for service to and from our repair center.
