Most people are drawn to the  big box stores for a cheap vacuum. Di d you know that most vacuum cleaners sold at the big box store are BAGLESS?

                 Although bagless vacuum cleaners  seem to be appealing to most because you don’t have to buy bags, the fact is bagless vacuums use the filters for suction and not filtration. When a bagless vacuum cleaner filter starts to clog, you have to take it out  of the cleaner with your hands and shake it out in order for the vacuum to continue to work. As the vacuum is working the dust is going back into the air and the same holds true when you dump the container. The FINE dust particles and Nano particles distribute back into the air. Most people are not aware of this.  These are the particles that cause allergies and asthma.

Bagless manufacturers want to sell the vacuum to the consumer cheap so that the consumer has to keep coming back for more filters. This is where they make their money. Allergy and Asthma Friendly they are not.

Bagged vacuums on the otherhand, contain the dust not only in the bag but also in the casing. If a sealed vacuum is purchased , 99.999% of all dust particles are captured in the bag and filtration system and not redistributed back into the air. The filters on a bagged vacuum are for filtration, not for suction unlike baggless vacuum cleaners.

The choice is yours..Would you rather spend a little extra  on a bagged vacuum cleaner and bags if it means protecting your family and environment from harmful particles that you cant see like fleas, viruse and dust mites
